What led you to where you are today?

I grew up eating Tofu all the time, and it always felt like comfort food to me. But somehow it never showed up in a way that worked for a busy, on-the-go lifestyle. So I created TofuGo Snacks. 12g Protein, 0g Sugar. Everyday Savory Protein Snacks.

What do you wish you knew before embarking on your entrepreneurial journey? 

Before starting my entrepreneurial journey, I wish I had understood how important it is to hold onto the vision even when the path constantly changes. There will be moments of doubt, setbacks, and distractions, but staying anchored to the bigger “why” keeps me moving forward. The vision becomes the compass that guides every decision along the way.

What is the most difficult decision you've had to make regarding your business so far? 

Building something new requires constantly balancing patience with momentum. Learning to trust the vision while navigating ambiguity has been one of the hardest but most important lessons.

What can you help the VEGPRENEUR community with?

I can help the VEGPRENEUR community by sharing insights on branding. I’m passionate about helping founders think bigger about how plant-based products can reach mainstream audiences. I’m also happy to share lessons on fundraising, storytelling, and building momentum around a bold vision.

How can the VEGPRENEUR community help you? 

The VEGPRENEUR community can help me by sharing insights, connections, and feedback as I build and scale a new plant-based brand. Learning from founders who have navigated manufacturing, distribution, and retail expansion would be incredibly valuable. I’m also excited to connect with others who believe in making plant-based foods more exciting and accessible to a mainstream audience.

Fun fact about you:

I am a snack connoisseur. I love to snack and don’t really cook that much. I am someone who saves cool cooking recipes on Instagram but rarely cooks them. So I wanted to create TofuGo to be the easiest tofu ever.

Anything else you would like to share?

Everything from the color of TofuGo to the tofu texture, to the flavor inspiration is a huge celebration of my Chinese heritage, and I am proud of that!
