The Wild Curl is a 100% natural, cruelty-free and vegan curly hair care line. All our curly hair care products are free from all the nasties like parabens, silicones, petrochemicals and sulphates and are Curly Girl Approved. Our Brand is solely devoted to curly hair care.

What led you to where you are today?

I grew up in Finland and we were almost the only family in my hometown to have afro hair. It was very difficult to find products for curly hair and my mum had to get creative with detangling my hair with different kinds of oils. Up to this day, it is difficult to find curly hair products from the high street market compared to the product offering for fine and straight hair. Because of this, I have been long making my own products and blends at home until I started my own company. Now we are able to offer globally accessible hair care products solely devoted for curly hair.

What do you wish you knew before embarking on your entrepreneurial journey?

Accounting, bookkeeping & taxes. Even with an engineering background, it can be head spinning!
