Winter FancyFaire* is a new kind of trade show from SFA, designed to take the industry experience beyond the show floor. More than a convention, it’s a platform for networking, business, and community, inviting participants to discover, sample, and connect both inside and outside the San Diego Convention Center.

Attendees will explore trends and taste new products in creative settings, from intimate tasting tables on-site to curated offsite events featuring inventive food experiences.

Exhibitors will gain fresh ways to showcase their offerings, with opportunities for sampling, direct feedback, and buyer and investor engagement that go beyond the traditional booth.

Through partnerships with San Diego’s food retailers, restaurants, and attractions, Winter FancyFaire* also connects participants with the city’s vibrant local food community.
