Zan B.R. is a cofounder of Urban Dessert Lab, a unique plant-based food brand that sits firmly at the intersection of cuisine, culture, science and design. Urban Dessert Lab has gone viral as the Worldโ€™s First Oat-Milk Ice Crรจme Shoppe, with a location in New York City and a second location in West Hollywood, CA. With an eye towards food innovation and developing and refining plant-based cuisine, the brand has garnered a cult following, expanding the product offerings to include a bakery collection of cookies, cakes, and Brรปlรฉesantsโ„ข (brรปlรฉed croissants). R&D is conducted in-house, which aids in the development of new, premium products and flavors. Urban Dessert Lab creations are encased in carefully designed and tailored packaging, and the brand's plant-based creations are widely sought after for indulgent sensory experiences.
