With over 30 years in consumer brands, Roger Wade is a disruptive entrepreneur focused on people with great ideas. As Chairman of BoxFund VC, he invests in early-stage UK ESG businesses to foster positive social and environmental impacts.

A pioneer in British streetwear, Roger introduced brands like Boxfresh, Carhartt, and Penfield to the UK. He founded BoxPark and launched the world's first pop-up mall, BoxPark Shoreditch, in 2010, expanding to Croydon and Wembley. In 2021, he sold his majority shareholding to LDC and now sits on the board.

Since 2007, Roger has been a brand consultant, developing, buying, and selling UK consumer brands. He founded Boxfresh, sold to Pentland Brands in 2005, and has worked with notable clients including ASOS and Superdry.

Roger is a London business school alumni and is a regular columnist, speaker, and judge on VC, consumer brands and entrepreneurship.
