Who can exhibit in the Pavilion?
Only companies with products ready to launch and compliant with Canadian regulations can exhibit. CHFA Membership is required (fees are based on Annual Canadian Sales Revenue; the 2026 entry-level fee is CAD $335 plus tax).
Do I need to be a VEGPRENEUR Circle member to participate?
Yes. To be in a Pavilion, you must be a VEGPRENEUR Circle member. You can apply on the membership page before submitting your trade show inquiry, or submit an inquiry form to speak with our team about the show. We'll walk you through membership options. CHFA Membership is also required (fees are based on Annual Canadian Sales Revenue; the 2026 entry-level fee is CAD $335 plus tax).
