RIND is a forward-thinking vegan cheese company on a mission to transform the traditional cheese market with bold flavors, thoughtful ingredients, and a values-driven approach. Built by experienced vegan entrepreneurs, the brand brings together culinary creativity and a strong ethical foundation, proving that plant-based cheese can be both indulgent and impactful.

At the heart of RIND is co-founder Dina DiCenso, a serial entrepreneur whose work spans healthcare, business, and vegan advocacy. She founded Gristle Tattoo, an all-vegan tattoo studio in Brooklyn, and Brooklyn Nurse Practitioners, a plant-based primary care clinic. With a PhD in Economics and an MS in Finance, Dina brings a rare blend of mission and strategy to the brand.

Co-founder Joshua Katcher is a well-known voice in vegan culture, sustainability, and design. He founded The Discerning Brute in 2008 and the award-winning vegan luxury fashion label Brave GentleMan in 2010, which has been featured in Vogue and on the cover of GQ. An author and educator, Joshua adds a strong storytelling and cultural lens to RIND’s vision.

Together, the founders of RIND are reshaping the future of vegan cheese, combining ethics, creativity, and credibility to build a brand that stands out in the growing plant-based food space.
