Job Details:

Monday – Friday (2-3 days), between 20 and 32 hours per week 8 AM to 5 PM

We’re looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a positive attitude. Mature and responsible, demonstrating a strong work ethic. You’ll be assisting the Warehouse Supervisor in the daily running of the warehouse, working with a small team in Hackney, producing and distributing Artisanal vegan cheeses across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

Receiving and Processing – Unpacking, and inspecting incoming shipments, verifying quantities and condition of goods in.
Storage and Organisation – Quality control, packaging products and ensuring proper labelling, packing and stock rotation.
Order Fulfilment – Picking, packing and preparing orders for delivery or collection, ensuring accuracy and timelines.
Warehouse Operations – Assisting with loading & unloading of vehicles, moving goods/ products within the warehouse.
Maintaining a Safe Environment – Assisting in keeping the warehouse and stations clean, organised and safe, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Data Entry and Documentation – Assisting in tracking incoming and outgoing shipments, updating inventory systems and documenting traceability information.

We’re looking for:

Time management skills, meeting deadlines and maintaining efficiency in a fast paced environment and repetitive tasks.
Communication skills, collaborating with other warehouse and production employees and communicating with supervisors.
Good safety awareness, adhering to health and safety regulations and practices.
Physical stamina with the ability to lift, carry and move heavy items up to 25kg on a regular basis.
Motivated to learn and able to follow guidance.
Detail-oriented with high standards of cleanliness.
Interest in plant-based foods.

You must have:

Basic Food Hygiene knowledge or Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
Warehouse or e-commerce experience (not necessary but it’s a plus!)
