What led you to where you are today?

I created Nutrigazm because it was impossible to find a plant-based protein that truly met my standards for ingredient integrity, functional absorption, nutritional benefits, and trustworthy quality. With my husband Noah and our formulator Sebastian, we created plant-based blends that actually support your body, your mood, your immune system, your glow, and your energy—so you can finally feel good in your own skin. Because true wellness isn’t about shrinking yourself, it’s about supporting yourself.

What do you wish you knew before embarking on your entrepreneurial journey?

I wish I knew that building something meaningful takes time, and that slow, steady growth rooted in integrity is a strength, not a weakness. I started out under the impression I needed to rush, but the most aligned doors opened when I stopped forcing and started trusting.

What is the most difficult decision you've had to make regarding your business so far?

The easy part was choosing to scale slowly rather than compromise our sourcing standards. The hard part was watching competitors grow quickly through false marketing and low-quality ingredients. For us, it meant saying no to faster growth but yes to integrity—a choice that continues to shape everything we do.
