What led you to where you are today?

I struggled with an eating disorder for over a decade, and in my recovery journey, I started incorporating foods into my diet that I had restricted heavily for years — nut butters being one of them. But after years of restriction, my gut was a mess, and couldn't tolerate the density of all the nuts. I started looking for something nut-free, but nothing on the market checked both the taste and nutrition boxes. So, I decided to create my own! And Granola Butter was born.

What do you wish you knew before embarking on your entrepreneurial journey?

It's incredibly rewarding, but not the glamorous journey that social media makes it out to be!
