Boosh food produces delicious, high-quality, 100% plant-based, gluten-free, ready-to-eat meals. Life can be busy and stressful and sometimes we need quick healthy nourishment, Boosh makes choosing to eat vegan easy with delicious comfort food in familiar dishes.

What led you to where you are today?

Many years ago I owned a wine bar and bistro with a focus on high-quality fresh local ingredients. In my personal life, my passion has always been sharing healthy nourishing meals with family and friends. All of these experiences have fueled my desire to create healthy plant-based meals that are quick and delicious to encourage people to adopt a vegan lifestyle.

What do you wish you knew before embarking on your entrepreneurial journey? 

Starting a vegan food business will take longer and require more money than you'd expect. It's ok to ask for help from people you don't know, but know more than you. I am surprised how many amazing successful vegan food entrepreneurs have been willing to lend an ear or offer advice.

What can you help the VEGPRENEUR community with?

If you are starting a food business I can tell you what mistakes I have made! there have been quite a few. I am a good collaborator and love to brainstorm and get creative.

How can the VEGPRENEUR community help you?

If you have a unique plant-based, gluten-free and non-GMO raw material you think would be a good fit for new product development, please reach out. We are always expanding our line of dishes and sourcing new delicious ingredients.

Fun fact about you: 

My two labs either love or hate my dancing. They bark voraciously.

Anything else you would like to share?

Boosh is meant to be a play on words for the french word for mouth; bouche. However, in the urban dictionary, this spelling means to live life with joy.
