Kinds of Grace creates ethically handcrafted vegan bags and accessories. Led by our founder Grace, Kinds of Grace is a 100% vegan owned-and-run label, collaborating with a team of mission-aligned creatives. Our motto is "wild beauty, zero cruelty" and we're on a mission is to help shift the world to kinder accessories. We're also proud to give back, donating 20% of all profits to charities protecting wildlife, farmed animals, and the environment.

What led you to where you are today?
After being motivated to go vegan for the animals and environment, I missed the vibrant colors and designs in fashion I had enjoyed before. So I decided to use my skills and experience (including leading styling one of the largest 3d fashion games) to create a mission-driven label myself.
What do you wish you knew before embarking on your entrepreneurial journey?
I wish I would have learned more about the logistics of packing and shipping globally, it's been a learning curve with plenty of growing pains!
What is the most difficult decision you've had to make regarding your business so far?
To decide the best approach to launch a new label on a budget - what to focus on, and whether to go for organic word of mouth vs inbound traffic vs partners or ads, etc. I'm still learning as I go.

Fun fact about you:
I'm also a new mum, raising an 18-month-old at home. He loves to crawl among the bags and "help" with packing.
