What led you to where you are today?
Former Head of Operations at Magic Spoon and first US operations hire at Huel.
What do you wish you knew before embarking on your entrepreneurial journey?
Although I’ve worked in food and beverage startups for over 12 years, the intricacies of actually setting up a business have been a learning curve. I wish I had known more about all the small but important details- from legal structure and insurance to benefits and operations- that go into building a business behind the scenes.
What is the most difficult decision you've had to make regarding your business so far?
One of the hardest decisions has been choosing which international suppliers to work with, given the current environment and the logistical challenges of importing.
