What led you to where you are today?

As an executive manager, a mother, and a caregiver to my parents, stress had become a massive burden in my life. I tried to manage my stress through meditation and mindfulness, but I failed to maintain stress management in my routine. Following my career, at Nestle (the leading food corporation) and Teva (the leading pharmaceutical corporation), I learned that good nutrition is a key to managing stress naturally. This spurred me to seek a natural solution and develop a ‘food for mood’ solution that consumers can easily merge into their daily routine to help take control of their health and manage their personal stress levels.”

What do you wish you knew before embarking on your entrepreneurial journey?

Actually -that this is possible! Without corporate support, it's even more efficient to build new, innovative solutions. I wish I had the courage earlier.

What is the most difficult decision you've had to make regarding your business so far? 

To wait with the recruitment of great professionals to join our team.
