What led you to where you are today?
I became vegan in 2004 and wanted to help others do the same - there were no decent vegan cheese options in New Zealand then, and I knew that making delicious vegan cheese widely available was key to making vegan food mainstream.
What do you wish you knew before embarking on your entrepreneurial journey?
A clearer understanding of how the food industry works and how business in general works would have been very helpful! But I've learned it all along the way. And maybe having more knowledge would have put me off embarking on this journey!
What is the most difficult decision you've had to make regarding your business so far?
Discontinuing a couple of underperforming product lines.

I love picking up rubbish on the beach and have occasionally (weirdly) been annoyed there isn't enough rubbish to collect....
