What led you to where you are today?

I wanted to fuse what I have learned in luxury fashion for the last 20 years and my passion for food creation.

What do you wish you knew before embarking on your entrepreneurial journey? 

I have heard all the possible entrepreneurial woes but experiencing it is a completely different level, by 1M notches! It’s not just you going through it but your friends and family around you are impacted too.

What is the most difficult decision you've had to make regarding your business so far? 

I had to put my personal life on hold for the moment. Finding work/life balance on the start-up stage is quite challenging.

What can you help the VEGPRENEUR community with?

After many years of developing and launching brands and products, I can help merchandise your “collection”. These days, it’s a blend of high-brow items with high-margin items. You have products that attract then have products that are margin builders.

How can the VEGPRENEUR community help you? 

Brand awareness. I am a big fan of the cross-pollination of databases from various related industries. It keeps the brand unique. I would love to collaborate with other founders, brands, and products. I opened a dessert speakeasy lounge behind my pop-up…this is my playground to create and host collaborations, and events and celebrate our wins! Come visit!
