What led you to where you are today?
We were led here by a passion for clean, bold flavor and a belief that chutney deserves a bigger place in the American pantry. What started as a simple idea evolved through countless tests, conversations, and community support. Every step to retail shelves — reinforced our mission and shaped the brand we’re building today.
What do you wish you knew before embarking on your entrepreneurial journey?
We wish we knew how emotional and personal the entrepreneurial journey truly is — it’s an evolution that demands resilience, stamina, and constant adaptation. We also wish we had understood earlier that growth is rarely linear; it happens through pivots, experiments, and continuous learning.
What is the most difficult decision you've had to make regarding your business so far?
The most difficult decision we’ve had to make so far has been prioritizing how and where to allocate our limited funds. Every choice—whether it’s production, marketing, or growth opportunities—comes with trade-offs, and learning to invest wisely while staying true to our mission has been both challenging and essential.

We can support the VEGPRENEUR community by sharing insights and connections from the CPG world to help strengthen our collective growth. I’m excited to collaborate, network, and create synergistic opportunities that elevate all plant-forward founders.

Fun fact about me: I can turn any ingredient in my kitchen into a chutney experiment — sometimes at 2 AM.

We’re proud to share that we are a top-three sofi™ Awards Finalist in Condiments for 2026. We’re launching on Amazon for the holiday season, and within just 12 months of debuting, our chutney is now in over 30 stores across the Northeast. Come sample us at the Winter Fancy Food Show in San Diego in January 2026!
