What led you to where you are today?
We stick with our philosophy and our business even through Covid, and now we want to take it to the next level.
What do you wish you knew before embarking on your entrepreneurial journey?
That scale-up can be more difficult than starting up.
What is the most difficult decision you've had to make regarding your business so far?
The right timing to close my Sicily hotel for the season (it is a seasonal hotel), even when there are still businesses

By being involved, we promote vegpreneur in different parts of the world.

We would like to get more publicity for our unique project.

I am a Chinese person who cooks better Italian food than many Italians.
