What led you to where you are today?

I've always loved food, cooking, and baking. My late French grandmother used to cook meals with all simple ingredients which is what has inspired the French Squirrel brand. I also went through my own body image and hormone healing journey that has guided our mission of helping women feel more confident in their bodies through consuming real foods.

What do you wish you knew before embarking on your entrepreneurial journey?

I wish I knew that building this business has been more of a rollercoaster than I imagined. I have felt the highest of highs, and the lowest of lows, and finding a balance is still part of my entrepreneurial journey. The food industry has specifically been challenging, but had I known this before, I may have been apprehensive to start. (Just start!)

What is the most difficult decision you've had to make regarding your business so far?

Deciding whether to trust myself, and my gut instincts, or to trust others' opinions.

What can you help the VEGPRENEUR community with?

I can help the VEGPRENEUR community with the authenticity and passion of being a CPG food founder. I genuinely love what I do every day, despite the challenges.

How can the VEGPRENEUR community help you?

By connecting with us through social media, and by authentically sharing our products.

Fun fact about you:

I LOVE international music! Anything not in English is my jam.
