Title of the Role: Production Operations both at our Indoor Farm and Food Production

Short Description of Role: Are you interested in learning a new way of farming your food? Want to join a start-up environment where you will help to influence the production of our aerial mycelium?

At MyForest Foods, we grow and harvest mycelium in vertical farms, producing large structures that resemble whole cuts of meat in as little as 12 days. We then slice these meaty “cuts” and season them to perfection in a traditional brine recipe. MyBacon® is the first of many mycelium-based meatless alternatives.

These roles are the first phase of our product development and YOU will be the key to producing our product from the ground up!
Starting pay is $18.00/hr based on the skills and experience of the candidates
