Bio:
Matt is a food entrepreneur and operator with deep experience building and scaling mission driven CPG brands. He is the founder and former CEO of Moku Foods, a pioneering mushroom based snack brand that achieved national distribution and worked with both major and regional distributors. Matt also built Sun River Farms, an organic frozen fruit brand, giving him hands on experience across fresh frozen supply chains, manufacturing, and retail execution. He has worked extensively across traditional retail, foodservice, and alternative channels, navigating everything from early stage launches to national rollouts. As a mentor, Matt supports founders on go to market strategy, distribution, hiring, fundraising, and the realities of scaling values aligned food companies.
