What led you to where you are today?
My passion for baking and entrepreneurship led me to launch a web store for my desserts in 2011. Consistent requests from potential customers for dairy free and vegan options led me to investing in vegan options. Meeting a vegan activist at an event where I was sampling led me to watching Earthlings, go vegan, and relaunch my brand as 100% vegan in 2015.

What do you wish you knew before embarking on your entrepreneurial journey?
I wish I knew more about how taxes and corporations work.

What can you help the VEGPRENEUR community with?
I can help with knowledge about the food industry and also on launching and funding a kickstarter.
