What led you to where you are today?

I've always had a desire to create. My work as a culinary-lifestyle publicist has also aided in the high amount of exposure I've had to see the ins and out of opening and running a restaurant, which sparked my love, curiosity and commitment to food. My nieces and nephews also inspired me to develop a healthy-ish popcorn that I felt good and confident in feeding them.

What do you wish you knew before embarking on your entrepreneurial journey?

I wish there was a comprehensive guide to start a food business. There are so many rules or regulations (many that I'm still discovering today) that I would have never have anticipated, so I would have loved a detailed guide that I could have walked through to get to where I am today.

I'm also a publicist, so I can support with marketing, communications, and storytelling.

I used to be part of a Hip Hop dance crew.
