What led you to where you are today?
I created Kiara Naturals out of frustration — wellness had lost its soul, reduced to pills and powders. I wanted to bring back joy, ritual, and color through Ayurveda. Healing should feel good, taste vibrant, and honor both body and Earth.
What do you wish you knew before embarking on your entrepreneurial journey?
I wish I knew that I'm subscribing myself to constant learning and evolving, be-resilient with ups and down, wearing multiple hats - you are a owner and a operator.
What is the most difficult decision you've had to make regarding your business so far?
One of the toughest decisions we faced was when a distributor asked us to switch from our reusable jars to cheaper tea bags and pouch packaging to cut costs. It would’ve meant wider reach and better margins — but at the cost of our core values. We chose to stay true to our mission of sustainability and sensory wellness, even if it meant slower growth. That moment reminded us: purpose over profit, always.
What can you help the VEGPRENEUR community with?
I spent 10 years in the tech industry and would love to support the VEGPRENEUR community with setting up smart, scalable systems — from operations to marketing. I can also help founders leverage AI tools to save time, boost reach, and grow smarter. Plus, I’m happy to connect the community with a broader tech network when needed.

I’d love to connect with like-minded founders, CPG experts, food enthusiasts, and mentors who believe in purpose-driven wellness.
