What is Eat Just?

Eat Just is a food company based in San Francisco, California that aims to reduce the carbon footprint of the food industry by offering plant-based food alternatives, such as plant-based eggs and mayo. Its most well-known executive is co-founder and CEO, Josh Tetrick.

The company has raised more than $650 million dollars to date with a recent investment of $200 million from Qatar Investment Authority, Charlesbank Capital Partners, and Vulcan Capital, according to TechCrunch. The company is now reportedly going to IPO.

When will Eat Just be available on the stock market?
