What led you to where you are today? 

I watched a video called Meet Your Meat when I was 10 years old that led me to realize that I want use my career to help farm animals. Once I saw the potential for innovative startups to transform our food system, I knew that getting involved in the startup ecosystem would be the best way for me to do so.

What do you look for in companies and founders?

We look for entrepreneurs that are motivated to turn their visions into reality. We also look for openness to feedback and a willingness to learn quickly. Previous experience in the food industry isn't necessary but it is helpful.
