What is Outlawz Food?

Outlawz Food started with a small food truck in Bern. In the meantime, they have implemented numerous culinary projects such as a fine dining establishment called Lil Radish, a chain of vegan bakeries called BakeryBakery, their vegan kebab concept by the name of Kebabo, and their online shop featuring various products such as seitan wings and various condiments.

How It Compares + My Thoughts:

I was one of fifty people to try out this initial prototype of the new Outlawz Food Speck (bacon). I don’t consider myself to be a vegan bacon expert but I’ve tried my fair share. What I really liked about this product is how crispy and crunchy it got. I also like that the product is high in protein, B-12, and iron. This realistic bacon experience should convince any meat eater to make the switch to a healthier and more ethical bacon experience!
