What led you to where you are today?
My business partner and I are ethical vegans, and we realized a few years ago that giving up cheese was a difficult step for people to take. Knowing that the dairy industry is an ethical & sustainable disaster, we decided that offering high-quality vegan cheese could help move the world towards more justice and kindness.
What do you wish you knew before embarking on your entrepreneurial journey?
I wish I had known I was saying goodbye to my personal life for the next couple of years! More seriously, I wish I had known of better and healthier ways to balance my personal and professional life.
What is the most difficult decision you've had to make regarding your business so far?
Finding the right investors, that are trustworthy, transparent and mission-aligned.
What can you help the VEGPRENEUR community with?
I have good insight in growing a business from scratch, and in managing a brand's visual identity.
