Product Spotlight: Juicy Marbles (Plant-Based Filet Mignon)

What Is Juicy Marbles?

The Slovenian company, Juicy Marbles, recently launched the world’s first filet mignon made exclusively from plant protein. Using their special technique of layering fibers so that it mimics muscle texture and fat marbling. The team has created the “Meat-o-matic Reverse Grinder TM 9000 which re-creates muscle texture and fat by aligning and layering fibers of its ingredients, which include soy protein isolate, wheat protein isolate, and sunflower oil.

My Thoughts:

I decided to go full out and record a full cooking video to share my Juicy Marbles experience with you (see video above). The realistic texture and smell of this cut of plant-based meat was mind-blowing. I followed all of the instructions to cook it. I based it in both oil and plant-based butter to make it as juicy as possible. The way it cooked and tasted was quite unbelievable. I am very excited to see this product become available to shoppers across the world.
