When did you launch the business?

August 2020

What led you to where you are today?

I started my journey as a competitive athlete in America then turned to the art world. During this time I also experienced a day to day struggle with anxiety and my quest has been coming to understand that relationship and day to day happiness. One of the main factors I found linked with my anxiety was inflammatory based foods and consuming too much caffeine. So wanted to solve that problem and just be the best version of myself and be generally happier :)

What do you wish you knew before embarking on your entrepreneurial journey?

Whether you are in a business, starting out as an entrepreneur or a professional athlete, to succeed, create value for the world or define your own version of success, it takes an amazing team around you. You cannot do it alone.

What is the most difficult decision you've had to make regarding your business so far?

Might me a funny one, but not giving away free samples. I would love to give away samples and for everyone to try what we have created. Due to the nature of our product and the choice of the organic ingredients we have used - it is incredibly how expensive it is to produce. If we would have said yes to the amount of request for samples, we would actually be no longer operating as a business. Hopefully one day we will be able to :)

What can you help the VEGPRENEUR community with?

If looking to do something in the food world, I believe you really have to dig deep and wait for it to come out of you. This is your masterpiece which you are going to be sharing with the world. It may take many years of refining, testing, tweaking and iterating before you are ready. Be interested everyday in it and take your time.

How can the VEGPRENEUR community help you?

If love what I have created, or want to know more - just come and say hi - would love to hear from you and what you are up to!

Fun fact about you:

I spent a lot of time in the Banksy art world before this venture

Anything else you would like to share?

Please feel free to reach out. If I can help anyway or if you have a question. Id love to hear from you :)
