What led you to where you are today?
I have loved baking for as long as I can remembers and always dreamed of becoming an entrepreneur. My sister and grandfather were diagnosed with Celiac Disease so I set out on a mission to recreate their favorite foods.
What do you wish you knew before embarking on your entrepreneurial journey?
I wish I knew that it would be a longer journey that requires patience and persistence. I also wish I knew that it would be imperative that I trust myself and believe in my abilities.
What is the most difficult decision you've had to make regarding your business so far?
The most difficult decision was whether to continue to try to find a co-manufacturing to make our products or build out a factory of our own.
