Gaby Aziz of Heart Core Hotels and Noah Hyams of VEGPRENEUR
Gaby Aziz is an impact entrepreneur, a lifelong world traveler, and the founder of the first-ever vegan hotel brand Heart Core Hotels: boutique eco-luxury plant-powered hotels that promote mindful tourism and support local communities. As a certified holistic Health and Nutrition Coach, she brings a sustainable wellness approach to luxury hospitality. Through their sister nonprofit Heart Core Fund, Gaby is on a mission to fund scholarship trips for disadvantaged kids and enable them to experience the life-changing power of travel.
Noah Hyams is a serial entrepreneur who started VEGPRENEUR in late 2018 to support entrepreneurs and investors in building sustainable, plant-based businesses. He is passionate about entrepreneurship and sustainability. Through VEGPRENEUR, Noah has interviewed and brought together leading founders, investors, and thought leaders in the plant-based space to build a global community of innovators.
