What led you to where you are today?
If I want something, then I get it. I fight for my goals and look for solutions daily, not for problems.
What do you wish you knew before embarking on your entrepreneurial journey?
That I'll ever be glad for a Google Drive folder structured from the beginning :D. As well as a cleanly structured accounting, etc. The foundation is everything, improving the foundation is difficult, but setting the foundation at the beginning is easy.
What is the most difficult decision you've had to make regarding your business so far?
The most difficult decision was whether we should go to several retailers or just one. We have not definitively decided on the future yet. Currently, we are in between. Not with the same products in different retailers, at most with a promotional listing.
What can you help the VEGPRENEUR community with?
Practical before theory - this is how our company operates. So, I can help with "diving in" and practical work as well as direct implementation, furthermore, with everything related to trade, sales, and production of vegan products.
