Women-Owned Vegan Brand Launches New “Bangkok Bites” Snacks

Goodness Plant, a Thai, women-owned vegan snack company founded by Bella, has announced the U.S. relaunch of its plant-based protein line under a new sub-brand, Bangkok Bites.

The refreshed collection introduces four SKUs of high-protein chips and vegan jerky inspired by Thailand’s most recognizable dishes — Pad Thai, Tom Yum, Thai BBQ, and Sriracha.

The rebrand marks a pivotal moment for Goodness Plant, a family-rooted business that has been producing vegan foods in Thailand for more than 30 years. After testing its first products in the U.S. earlier in 2025, the company took time to refine its positioning, focusing on authentic Thai flavor and cleaner, protein-rich formulations designed for today’s flexitarian and vegan consumers.

“Coming from a family that has made vegan food for decades, I’ve always believed we can share that experience with the world,” says founder Bella. “Our relaunch with Bangkok Bites brings that heritage forward — proving that vegan snacks can deliver real flavor, real texture, and a sense of place.”

The Bangkok Bites range includes protein chips featuring the tangy spice of Tom Yum (hot-and-sour Thai soup) and Sriracha, as well as vegan jerky in Pad Thai and Thai BBQ flavors. Each pack contains 10 to 18 grams of plant protein and less fat than many comparable snacks, crafted to provide a satisfying chew without the stickiness or toughness often found in conventional jerky.

With R&D and production managed entirely in-house at its Thai facility, Goodness Plant maintains close control of ingredient sourcing and process sustainability while preparing for broader U.S. distribution. The Bangkok Bites line officially launched on Amazon in October 2025, reflecting the brand’s second-phase entry into the American market.

“Vegan food doesn’t have to feel like a compromise,” Bella adds. “For us, it’s about bringing joy, flavor, and a little bit of Thai spirit to every bite.”

Goodness Plant is currently seeking retail, distribution, and collaboration opportunities to expand its presence in the global plant-based market.
