Startup Stage:

We raised just around a million from small investors and have been bootstrapping and self-financing the rest.

What led you to where you are today?

The product has always been in huge demand beyond what we can produce since David Jones, the Founder, first produced it on his floating home on the Columbia River and shared it with neighbors.

What do you wish you knew before embarking on your entrepreneurial journey? 

How narrow the profit margins are and how expensive the equipment is!!!

What is the most difficult decision you've had to make regarding your business so far? 

To take on more and more risk for the belief in our product and to keep sharing it with the world.

What can you help the VEGPRENEUR community with?

Our experience and stories, mentoring, and some really good harm-free bacon for events.

How can the VEGPRENEUR community help you? 

Help us find enough funding for expansion. Expansion requires a great deal of cash flow/cash on hand.

Fun fact about you: 

As a lifelong cook, I originally created Thrilling Bakon just for myself back on our floating home during Covid because I had tried all the harm-free vegan brands and was very unsatisfied due to taste, texture, and ingredients.
