What led you to where you are today?

Growing up, I witnessed many members of my family struggle with diabetes, including my father, who I lost to the disease. Conscious of ingredients and a smoothie fanatic, I struggled to find a clean source of protein to add to my breakfast smoothie. The available products had added sugar or were filled with unnecessary ingredients. I finally set off to create my own. After months of experimentation, Plantnrgy was born, featuring a line of plant-based protein and superfood mixes that help develop a strong immune system, healthy muscles and boosts everyday energy.

What do you wish you knew before embarking on your entrepreneurial journey?

All I needed to do was get started. There is such a huge community willing to guide, mentor, and support all aspects of the business. It's incredible.
