Enduring Planet provides non-dilutive financing and financial advisory services to climate-focused startups and small businesses across the U.S. Our mission is to ensure climate entrepreneurs have the tools and capital they need to thrive — because our planet depends on it.

We’re growing our Fractional CFO Business and looking for a driven, organized, and mission-aligned Business Development Associate to lead top-to-bottom sales efforts. In this role, you'll own the full sales pipeline for our fractional CFO services — from identifying and engaging qualified prospects to closing contracts and supporting a smooth client onboarding process.

Compensation and Benefits:

-$50K base, $90K-$130K OTE with commission

Role Description:

-Own the full sales funnel for CFO services — including but not limited to  direct prospecting and channel partner development all the way through contract negotiation and closing deals

-Qualify inbound leads and develop strategies to expand awareness in under-tapped climate startup segments

-Conduct intro and discovery calls with founders and operators to understand their finance needs

-Coordinate closely with our internal CFO team to scope engagements and deliver proposals

-Maintain an active pipeline in the CRM, guide deals forward, and focus on successful closures.

-Own the contracting process and ensure clean handoff to the delivery team

-Test, track, and improve outbound campaigns — we’ll support experimentation

-Travel to relevant industry events and conferences

Qualifications:

-2–4 years experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B services sales

-Bonus points if you’ve sold professional services (CFO, consulting, agency, legal, etc.)

-Strong communication and relationship-building skills — you bring clarity and confidence to conversations about money.

-Comfortable owning a pipeline and accountable to goals

-Great at staying organized across many moving pieces

-Curious about finance, passionate about climate, and energized by startups

-A builder’s mindset — you enjoy improving systems, testing approaches, and scaling what works
