What led you to where you are today?
Strong motivation to create positive change and a lot of support from many smart people. I believe you need a clear vision for the future, the motivation to push through the hard times, and the ability to gather the right people around that vision. The hard problems require collaboration.
What do you wish you knew before embarking on your entrepreneurial journey?
Sell the product, before you have the product, and don't fool yourself in the process. Always build the "storefront" first, unlock all the challenges like channels, messaging, user acquisition, pricing, etc and build up a waiting list before you spend time building your product. This will help you build the right thing, save time, drive up the hype around your product and make the launch easy.
What is the most difficult decision you've had to make regarding your business so far?
The constant mental battle of whether you should continue because success is around the corner, or whether you should pivot to something else.
What can you help the VEGPRENEUR community with?
Building products / MVPs with No code tools and basic advice on how to cross the chasm from building a hardware prototype yourself to mass producing it at scale.
